Krista Phillips is a private consultant working in association with Childcare Referral Agencies to help both parents and providers with any questions they may have regarding childcare. 

Her background comes from 16 years in the Childcare field including Managing a Nanny Placement Agency, working as a consultant in the agency regulated sector and many years experience in dayhome, daycare, preschool and with her own 2 children and childcare experiences. Her education includes: A Diploma with Honors in Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology and Daycare Business Management.

Most importantly she understands the importance of quality childcare and the long process it can sometimes be to find it AND provide it!
